This survey was created as part of an assignment for the course and to be used for a work project I was embarking on to gather information from key stakeholders ahead of a planning sprint. What I was able to do is use the readings from the course to ensure that the design of the survey was appropriate for the audience and structured such that it could be delivered online or used for an in-person interview to gather data. There was one question on the survey that I crafted in more of a leading way. If I had it to do over again, I would look more carefully at that questions and reword it so as not to leading the respondent to a specific answer. Overall, this survey is a good example of LO2 and LO6. LO2 because I was able to deftly assess the stakeholder environment in my organization. LO6 because I was able to create something in a language that my stakeholders could understand so that meaningful information could be derived from the survey.
