This discussion board allowed me to share my insights on external threats to my company and some strategies I think would be beneficial to employ to mitigate those threats. What was interesting to me about this thread was the different opinions and discussion generated on this topic. It really got me thinking about different ways to approach the threats to my company. This discussion also showed me the value of seeking out input from people with vastly different experiences because I just might learn something I hadn’t thought of that can things in a completely different direction. This is another good example of LO2 by engaging others to assess complex environments.
