This paper is an example of how I would use strategy, technology, and law to address a current need in my organization. It is an academic style of an executive position paper where I explore various strategies and tactics to create a learning and development center. It’s academic in the sense that it is heavily referenced to provide evidence for the strategies proposed. This was important because my organization is led by scientists, and they are more likely to sign off on a strategy if there is literature evidence to support it. This paper serves as a really great example of LO2, LO4 and LO6 where I have effectively assessed my organization’s needs and provided strategies to meet those needs and how I used that assessment to put together an effective communication of the strategies, technologies and issues related to law that we might encounter. Additionally, this paper is a good demonstration of delivering an elegantly crafted proposal to a specific audience.
