This is a deck I prepared to review a technology platform called iPipe that we are about to launch in my organization. iPipe is online technology that supports crowdsourcing for individuals and teams. It has been developed with the intent of fostering an innovative culture by offering a more efficient way to capture new ideas, make them visible, and allow for input, input feedback and development of those ideas from a broad audience. The deck presents how iPipe supports the concepts of Distributed Cognition (DCog) and different modes of collaboration by feedback (personal and group). Additionally, this deck provides a summary of data collected thought experience and observation of those using iPipe to help draw out insights and recommendations to utilize when iPipe is launched. This deck has ties to both LO2 (assessing complex organizational environments), LO3 (addressing complex challenges by collaboratively leading), and LO4 (applying scholarship to strengthen communication effectiveness).
