Leadership Change Stakeholder Assessment Deck

This is a deck I prepared as part of my final paper for MSC-491-6: Foundations of Strategic Communications Management. The slides serve as figures that were used to visually represent and support how used the stakeholder salience model in the process of identifying stakeholders for a specific situation I am dealing with at work. They further show how I developed the model from the basics of power, legitimacy, and urgency using a self-built scoring system according to defined attributes and how that can lead to a classification of overall stakeholder salience. Additionally, this deck takes the stakeholder identification and develops strategies and tactics for communicating with stakeholders in the context of the situation. Overall this deck is related to LO2 in that it is an illustration that I can demonstrate the ability to assess complex organizational environments and achieve communicative goals.
